Mouser Electronics, a global authorized agent for introducing new electronic components and industrial automation products, is now selling Panasonic Industrial Devices' EV-B series relays. The EV-B series relays are powerful and versatile, with flexible installation methods and reliability under high loads. The EV-B series relays have high durability and efficient performance, suitable for various application scenarios, including electric vehicles (EVs), fast charging and charging stations, as well as DC high-voltage circuits in automatic guided vehicles (AGVs), construction machinery, and agricultural machinery.
The Panasonic Industrial Devices EV-B series relays have a high breaking capacity of 2000A at 500VDC voltage and no contact polarity. EV-B relays support vertical and horizontal installation, which can overcome the height limitation of PCBs and achieve flexible design. The EV-B relay weighs only 360 grams, which can reduce the overall weight of the system and improve efficiency.
The EV-B relay has the same shape and size as the previous generation EV-A relay (with a contact rated current of 250A), so it can be easily replaced without changing the design. The EV-B series relay has a high current of 900A and a switching life of up to 20 seconds at 85 º C, and can maintain durability even in high temperature environments. The EV-B relay also supports an ambient temperature rating of 60 ° C at a 15% duty cycle, ensuring reliable operation even in harsh environments.
