Mouser Electronics, a global authorized agent for introducing new electronic components and industrial automation products, is now selling Qorvo's new QPA9510 GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) power amplifier. QPA9510 is a high-performance power amplifier optimized for 100MHz to 1000MHz broadband, long-distance RF systems, suitable for intelligent utility networks, industrial IoT, UHF/LMR radios RFID、 Remote information processing and other low-frequency communication platforms.

The Qorvo QPA9510 power amplifier is manufactured using Qorvo's advanced GaAs process and adopts a compact 5mm QFN package, which can meet the application requirements of smart meters, industrial telemetry, UHF bidirectional radio, and various low-frequency system architectures. The QPA9510 provides an efficient and robust maximum gain of up to 34dB, supporting P1dB output power of up to+35dBm, making it ideal as the final RF stage in space constrained Sub-1 GHz system designs, including UHF communication systems and long-range IoT platforms. The Qorvo QPA9510 amplifier is powered by a single power supply ranging from 2.8V to 3.6V, with a built-in analog power controller that provides a gain control range of over 70dB (including standby mode). It also supports easy tuning across the entire bandwidth to optimize system performance.

Maoze also provides Qorvo's QPA9510EVB 900MHz GSM evaluation board, which is a fully assembled testing platform designed to demonstrate the performance of the QPA9510 power amplifier (PA) in GSM frequency band applications. This circuit board is designed specifically for the frequency range of 865MHz to 928MHz, integrating QPA9510 power amplifier and bias and control circuits, allowing users to evaluate key parameters such as gain, output power, efficiency, and linearity. The Qorvo QPA9510EVB is equipped with RF input and output connectors, which can seamlessly integrate with laboratory equipment and support single power supply from 2.8V to 3.6V. It also has analog power control function and can achieve dynamic gain adjustment. The layout of this circuit board complies with Qorvo's recommended design specifications and is highly suitable for prototyping, system development, and performance validation of GSM and other sub-1 GHz RF designs in industrial, utility, and infrastructure applications. QPA9510 belongs to Qorvo's extensive portfolio of high-performance RF building module products, which can simplify the design of Sub-1 GHz systems.
