Vishay launches 100 V Gen 2 TMBS rectifier module packaged in SOT-227, with forward voltage reduced to 0.83 V
2026-02-05
Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE stock code: VSH) announced the launch of four new 100 V Gen 2 Trench MOS barrier Schottky diodes (TMBS) using compact, fully insulated SOT-227 packaging ®) Rectification modules -100 A VS-QA100FA10, 200 A VS-QA200FA10, 400 A VS-QA400FA10, and 150 A single-phase bridge VS-QA150BA10. These devices are suitable for power conversion in various industrial applications, with forward voltage reduced to 0.83V, reaching an advanced level in the industry and helping to reduce conduction losses.

The recently released Vishay Semiconductors rectifier module includes 100 A VS-QA100FA10, 200 A VS-QA200FA10, and 400 A VS-QA400FA10 with dual diode parallel configuration, as well as 150 A single-phase bridge VS-QA150BA10. Adopting the industry standard SOT-227 packaging, these devices can replace competing solutions in a plug and play manner, improving efficiency.
These new modules have extremely low forward voltage drop, high rated current, negligible Qrr, and a working temperature of up to+150 ° C. The devices can be used for high-frequency converters and power supplies, suitable for welding and industrial SMPS applications, 48V light electric vehicles and communication equipment, as well as blocking diodes for large battery systems.

VS-QA100FA10, VS-QA150BA10, VS-QA200FA10, and VS-QA400FA10 comply with RoHS standards and have been certified by UL E78996.
