Cipostm tiny im323-l6g is optimized for three-phase inverters with power up to 1.2 kW and switching frequency range of 1-20 kHz. The device adopts the advanced 600 V trendstop ™ Rc-d2 IGBT technology integrates diode on IGBT, and the maximum working junction temperature is 175 º C.
