Nanxin introduces integrated power MOS synchronous voltage rise and fall converter-sc8723/8724

The sc8723 is packaged in qfn3x3-22. It supports 2.7v-22v input voltage, 3v-22v output voltage and 10A average inductance current. Power MOS is integrated inside the chip, with external enabling control, which can easily adjust the output current limit and support external adjustment loop compensation to adapt to different parameters. It can be applied flexibly and reduce the cost and volume of the overall solution.

In order to support PD adapters, mobile power supplies and other applications with higher requirements on power consumption / heat dissipation, we have also launched the sc8724 in qfn4x4 package. On the premise of maintaining all the characteristics of sc8723, it has better heat dissipation performance.
