Depending on the load conditions, ap61300q and ap61302q can be configured as pulse frequency modulation (PFM) or pulse width modulation (PWM) operation mode (using the enable pin). When in PFM mode, its quiescent current (IQ) is 19 μ A. High efficiency can be maintained even under light load. In addition, its low dropout (LDO) mode allows the output voltage regulation to be maintained when the input voltage is close to the Vout voltage.

Since both ap61300q and ap61302q have constant on time (COT) control function, only a few external components are needed to realize fast instantaneous response, simplify loop stability and reduce output voltage ripple. Therefore, only less PCB area needs to be configured, and the overall production cost can be reduced.

Ap61300q and ap61302q provide SOT563 package, comply with aec-q100 class I standard, pass PPAP, and are manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
