Huawei F5G-A 10 Gigabit All Optical Park Solution is unbeatable, ranking first in the Chinese market for six consecutive years

Recently, International Data Corporation (IDC) released the latest "China POL Market Tracking Report, 2024H2".

The report shows that Huawei ranks first in the market share of Passive Optical LAN (POL) in China in 2024, which is also the sixth consecutive year that Huawei has been ranked first in this market.

According to IDC's forecast, the Chinese POL market is expected to grow by 7.3% in 2025, with a market capacity of 1.99 billion RMB, and a market size of 2.52 billion RMB by 2029.

As a leader in the Chinese POL market, Huawei's F5G all-optical park solution has been successfully commercialized in over 10000 parks in education, healthcare, hotels, manufacturing, and other scenarios.

In 2025, Huawei released the F5G-A 10G all-optical campus solution and flagship optical terminal products, which are based on innovative 50G PON and Wi Fi 7 technologies, achieving 50G to room, 10G to AP, and 2.5G to desktop.

Compared to the original F5G all-optical campus solution, the F5G-A 10 Gigabit all-optical campus solution has achieved five major upgrades, including larger bandwidth, more connections, lower latency, higher reliability, and greater greenness, meeting customers' needs for building green 10 Gigabit campus networks.

Huawei has also released the FTTO Planner, a network planning tool for all-optical parks. AI recognizes CAD drawings and automatically generates configurations, reducing network design time from 2 days to 1 hour, promoting the rapid development of F5G-A 10 Gigabit all-optical parks.
