The recently released device features an industry-leading on resistance (5.6 mW at 10 V) and a product of on resistance and gate charge FOM (336 mW * nC), which can minimize power loss caused by conduction. Therefore, designers can improve efficiency and meet the requirements of next-generation power supplies, such as a 6 kW AI server power system.
