Xingweifan Launches the World’s Smallest Package, High Precision RTC Chip Built into Crystal Oscillator

SD8565 adopts the RTC world's smallest 2012 (2.0mm * 1.2mm * 0.75mm) packaging form, requiring minimal PCB area, higher reliability and clock accuracy (± 2ppm), providing a better choice for miniaturization of intelligent wearable products.
At the same time, the high-precision advanced solution built into the crystal oscillator enables SD8565 to avoid problems such as difficult matching of external RTC resonant capacitors, easy vibration stopping in humid environments, inconsistent travel time accuracy, and large errors.
SD8565 Technology Highlights:
Low power consumption: 0.4 μ A typical value (VDD=3.3V, Ta=25 ℃.)
● Working voltage: 1.5V~5.5V; Timing voltage: 1.0V~5.5V; Working temperature: -40 ℃~+85 ℃.
Standard IIC bus interface mode, with a maximum speed of 400KHz (4.5V-5.5V).
The built-in IIC bus 0.5 second automatic reset function (starting from the Start command) ensures the effectiveness and reliability of clock data, and avoids the problem of IIC bus hanging.
● Built in clock data write protection function to avoid erroneous data write operations and better protect clock data.
Three types of interrupt outputs with two interrupt flag bits.
Built in crystal oscillator, high precision at room temperature: 25 ℃<± 2ppm.
High reliability design: EFT 4KV&ESD 8KV&Latch up 200mA
