As the automotive structure transitions to hybrid and electric vehicle models, traditional battery systems are increasingly being supplemented or replaced by 48V power sources. As the 12V and 24V power grid systems have reached their limits, this transition is expected to become the new standard for future electric vehicles. The 48V system provides advanced functionality and improves efficiency by reducing current and simplifying wiring harness complexity. Moreover, traditional relays and fuses in the primary and secondary distribution systems are no longer sufficient to meet the requirements of electrification, and therefore need to be replaced.
