QPA1314T is made by Qorvo's 0.15um silicon carbide based gallium nitride (GaN on SiC) process (QGaN15) and installed on a high thermal conductivity gasket. It is a high-power MMIC amplifier, which is very suitable for commercial and national defense RF communication applications.
The Qorvo QPA1314T PA prepared by MAOZE has an extended frequency range of 12.75 to 15.35GHz, and achieves 55W saturated output power within the standard range of 13.75 to 14.5GHz. The device integrates a DC isolation capacitor on the input and output ports, and is fully matched to 50 Ω to simplify system integration. The RF port of this PA is also DC coupled to the ground to achieve excellent ESD performance.
QPA1314T is optimized for RF satellites, radar communications and data links in commercial and military markets. It is lead-free, halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
