Lanqi Technology announced that the upgraded DDR5 clock driver chip (CK01P) has successfully achieved mass production, aiming to provide stable and reliable clock driver support for the next generation of client memory modules.
The CK01P chip complies with the JEDEC DDR5 CKD01 clock driver specification and is mainly designed for next-generation client memory module applications such as DDR5 CUDIMM, CSODIMM, CQDIMM, CAMM, etc. It supports a maximum data transfer rate of 9200MT/s.

The chip supports three clock driving modes: single PLL, dual PLL, and PLL bypass, which can meet the needs of different system applications. CK01P adopts a zero phase delay clock drive architecture, supports programmable delay per channel, and can adjust output characteristics through control registers to flexibly match different DIMM network topologies; Meanwhile, by turning off unused clock outputs, power consumption can be further reduced.

Mr. Stephen Tai, President of Lanqi Technology, stated, "As AI applications accelerate their penetration into clients, the demands for memory bandwidth, signal integrity, and energy efficiency on client platforms continue to increase, driving DDR5 memory modules to evolve towards higher data rates and lower power consumption. The successful mass production of CK01P is timely and will provide high-speed and stable clock support for the next generation of DDR5 client memory modules, helping client platforms unleash stronger performance in the AI era. ”

In addition to CKD chips, Lanqi Technology also provides supporting chips for client memory modules such as SPD and PMIC, providing customers with a complete client memory interface solution.
