Toshiba introduces the new m3h group arm Cortex-M3 microcontroller of txz+ family Advanced Series
2022-06-09
In order to cope with the diversity of consumer devices, the new m3h group products use UART, TSPI, I2C and 2-unit DMAC to strengthen the communication function. In addition, a digital LCD driver is integrated, which reduces the number of components used for display functions, facilitates contrast adjustment, and ensures flexible layout of the circuit board.

The high-speed and high-precision 12 bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) supports up to 21 analog-to-digital conversion input channels, and the sample hold time can be set separately, so that this group of devices can support a variety of sensing applications. In addition, combined with advanced programmable motor control circuit (which can operate synchronously with high-speed and high-precision 12 bit analog / digital converter), they also provide a solution suitable for controlling AC motor and DC brushless motor.

This group of devices has built-in ROM, ram, ADC and clock self diagnosis functions, which helps customers pass iec60730 class B function safety certification.

You can visit the Toshiba website and download the documentation, sample software and its actual use examples, as well as the interface driver software that controls each peripheral device. The evaluation board and development environment are provided in cooperation with arm's global ecosystem partners.

Main features of the new product:

● high performance arm Cortex-M3 core, with a maximum frequency of 120mhz
