Mouser Electronics Launches Silicon Labs SixG301 Ultra-Low Power IoT Wireless SoC: Ensuring Security for IoT Wireless Product Development

Provide a wide range of semiconductor and electronic components ™ Mouser Electronics, a well-known new product introduction (NPI) agent in the industry, will start selling Silicon Labs' SixG301 ultra-low power IoT wireless system on chip (SoC) from today. The SixG301 SoC belongs to the new generation 3 series platform, which brings security, performance, and cost-effectiveness to the development of wireless products for the Internet of Things (IoT). It is designed specifically for line powered smart devices and applications such as LED lighting, smart plugs, and smart switches.



Silicon Labs SixG301 wireless SoC uses Silicon Labs' 3-series Secure Vault ®, A security subsystem that has passed PSA Level 4 certification, capable of protecting data and equipment security. The 3-series Secure Vault and SixG301 SoC can also resist emerging threats and provide security guarantees that meet future needs. The SixG301 series includes SiBG301 for Bluetooth, Bluetooth mesh, and proprietary 2.4GHz applications, as well as SiBG301 for Bluetooth Matter、Thread、Zigbee ®、 SiMG301 for dynamic multi protocol and concurrent multi protocol applications. SiBG301 and SiMG301 are equipped with 32-bit Arm ®  M33 ® The core has a maximum operating frequency of 150MHz. The SixG301 SoC also features a high-performance radio with an output power of up to+10dBm, an integrated LED pre driver, 4MB of flash memory, and 512KB of RAM.

Silicon Labs offers two development tools for SixG301 ultra-low power IoT wireless SoC. SixG301 Explorer Kit (SiXG301-EK2719A) is an ultra-low cost, small-sized development and evaluation platform suitable for rapid prototyping and concept creation of IoT applications. SixG301 2.4GHz+10dBm Wireless Pad is a wireless entry-level kit, equipped with BRD4407A or BRD4408A wireless pads depending on the model.
