CW32L011 is a single-chip low-power microcontroller based on EFL, integrating ARM with a clock frequency of up to 96MHz ® Cortex-M0+core, high-speed embedded memory (up to 64K bytes FLASH and up to 6K bytes SRAM), and a comprehensive range of enhanced peripherals and I/O ports.



All models come with a complete set of communication interfaces (3 UART, 1 SPI, and 1 12C), 12 bit high-speed ADC, 5 sets of general and basic timers, 1 set of low-power timer, and 1 set of advanced control PWM timer.

CW32L011 can operate within a temperature range of -40 ° C to+85 ° C, with a power supply voltage width of 1.7V to 5.5V. Supports two low-power operating modes, Sleep and DeepSleep. The internal block diagram is shown in the following figure:
