The Nordic Semiconductor nRF9151 SiP integrates a System on Chip (SoC), built-in power management, and an integrated RF front-end in a compact 12 × 11mm package. SiP's multi-mode LTE-M/NB IoT modem supports DECT NR+and GNSS, ensuring global connectivity without regional restrictions. Other features include 64MHz Arm ® Cortex ®- M33 processor, 256KB static RAM (SRAM), 1MB flash memory, and Arm TrustZone ® And CryptoCell security technology. The nRF9151 SiP is 20% smaller than its predecessor nRF91, allowing designers to develop more compact products without compromising performance. This smaller size is particularly advantageous for wearable devices, smart sensors, and other space constrained IoT applications. NRF9151 supports 5-level 20dBm output and 3-level 23dBm output, providing great flexibility for design.
The nRF9151 low-power SiP is supported by the nRF9151-DK development kit. This single board kit can be used for evaluating and developing nRF9151, and is equipped with dedicated LTE-M, NB IoT, and DECT NR+antennas. The nRF9151-DK comes with a pre installed free data SIM card, as well as a nano/4FF SIM card slot and an MFF2 SIM card base, which supports both plug-in and soldered (e) SIM cards.
