Maoze launches Analog Devices MAX32675C microcontroller suitable for precision sensing in industrial applications

(ADI) ® Cortex ®- M4F microcontroller (MCU). This highly integrated mixed signal microcontroller combines ultra-low power consumption and high performance, making it ideal for 4mA to 20mA loop powered sensors and transmitters for measuring pressure, temperature, and flow in industrial and medical applications.

The Analog Devices MAX32675C MCU is equipped with an ultra-low power Arm Cortex-M4 with a floating point unit (FPU), and includes 384KB (376KB available to users) of flash memory and 160KB of SRAM, allowing for data retention even in low-power mode. Error Correction Code (ECC) supports single error correction and double error detection, and can be used throughout flash memory, SRAM, and cache to ensure reliable code execution in demanding applications.

The MAX32675C MCU features an analog front-end (AFE) integrated with low-power HART, which enables bidirectional digital data transmission with industrial sensors through current loops for configuration and diagnosis. In addition, this AFE also provides two 12 channel Δ - ∑ ADCs, which can digitize external analog signals as well as system parameters such as temperature and power supply voltage. There is a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with adjustable gain in front of each ADC. Users can convert the ADC output from integer to single precision floating-point format in real-time, thereby improving performance and accuracy. The MAX32675C includes Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) engine, persistent key storage, and other powerful security features. The operating temperature range of this MCU is -40 º C to+105 º C, and it can operate reliably even in harsh industrial environments.
