It is reported that the EXCELIA PLUS G4 VD10 is equipped with Kaixia's BiCS FLASH 3D flash memory, uses PCIe 5.0 x4 interface, supports NVMe 2.0 standard, and adopts single-sided M.2 2280 specifications suitable for desktop and mobile systems. The maximum sequential read speed is 10000 MB/s, and the write speed varies slightly depending on the capacity. The 1TB version is 7900MB/s, and the 2TB version is 8200MB/s.
The 4K random read speed is 1300K IOPS, and the 4K random write speed is 1400K IOPS, which can perfectly meet the needs of high-performance gaming and video editing.
According to Kaixia, the new SSD has specially optimized the product's energy consumption and heat dissipation performance. At maximum read speed, the energy efficiency of the EXCERIA PLUS G4 VD10 has increased by 80% compared to the previous generation.
The label stickers on the disc also adopt innovative design, which can enhance the heat dissipation effect and effectively improve the system stability, making it very suitable for high load games and rendering scenarios that require high heat dissipation. In addition, the new product will adopt Kaixia's new paper packaging to reduce the use of plastic.
Kaixia also provides Kaixia's SSD Utility management software for the EXCERIA PLUS G4 VD10 to assist users in SSD monitoring and maintenance, and to obtain the latest available firmware, thereby maximizing product performance and lifespan.
