The new series of products developed this time adopt Rohm's new process to realize the industry's ultra fast reverse recovery time (TRR * 1). At the same time, the on resistance * 2, which has a trade-off relationship with the reverse recovery time, can be up to 20% lower than the same ordinary products. In terms of reverse recovery time, it inherits prestomos ™ The 105ns (nanosecond) industry ultra fast reverse recovery time (compared with the same packaging products of to-220fm) of the series products has been realized, and the power loss during switching is about 17% lower than that of the same ordinary products. Based on these two characteristics, compared with the same general products, the new series can greatly improve the efficiency of application products.

In addition to the above series, as a standard 600V withstand voltage super junction MOSFET, Rohm has also developed "r60xxynx series" with lower on resistance, and two new models have been added this time. Customers can choose the appropriate product group according to the application needs.

The new products have been put into mass production since January 2022, temporarily at the scale of 100000 pieces per month (sample price of 900 yen / piece, excluding tax). In addition, it has also begun to sell through e-commerce, which can be purchased from e-commerce platforms such as ameya360 and sekorm.
