With our expertise in cutting-edge circuit design and packaging technology, we have broken through the boundaries of power density and cost-effectiveness, and launched new RPH and RPL series products with a rated current range of 1 A-20 A.
The input voltage range of the RPL-1.0 series is 3-22 V, the output voltage is 0.6-12 V, and the output current is 1 A. The compact LGA-M package size is 3 × 3 mm, and the height is only 2 mm. According to the different combinations of input/output voltages, the operating temperature of the module can reach over 80 ℃ at full load, and up to 125 ℃ during derating. The typical efficiency at 5 V input voltage and 3.3 V output voltage is 84%.

The RPH-3.0 series adopts QFN packaging, with a size of 10 × 12 mm and a height of 4 mm, and can provide an adjustable output voltage of 1-15 V at a current of 3 A. The input voltage range is 4.5-55 V, with an efficiency of up to 91%. For example, under the conditions of 12 V input voltage and 3.3 V output voltage, the full output current can be provided at temperatures exceeding 80 ℃.

The RPL-10 series has complete functions and a rated output of 10 A. Using LGA-M packaging, the size is only 7 × 7 mm, the height is 4.4 mm, the input voltage range is 4-16 V, and the programmable output voltage is 0.6-5.5 V. The module efficiency can reach up to 94%, and the operating temperature at full load can reach up to 90 ℃ depending on the input/output voltage combination. The working frequency range is 600 kHz -800 kHz, and the pulse jumping mode can maintain efficiency under light loads, and constant conduction time control can be selected to achieve fast transient response.

The RPL-20 series has a rated current of 20 A and adopts the same 7 × 7 × 4.4 mm LGA-M packaging size as the RPL-10, while raising the power density to a new level. The programmable range of output voltage is 0.6-5.5V, and the input voltage range is 4-16V. With an efficiency of up to 94%, it can operate at full load in ambient temperatures up to 90 ℃. The working frequency can be set between 600 kHz and 1 MHz, and pulse jumping mode and forced continuous conduction mode can be selected.

All new products adopt integrated magnetic devices, including good power signal, remote on/off, and comprehensive protection against overheating, input undervoltage, output overload, and short circuit.

These ultra compact modules are mainly used in consumer, industrial, telecommunications, medical fields, or any product that focuses on efficiency and power density.
