Reduce board area and support new power levels

NRF9151 is a pre certified and highly integrated compact device that includes System On Chip (SoC), power management, and RF front-end developed by Nordic Semiconductor. Compared with the predecessor products of the nRF91 series, this new product is designed specifically to improve supply chain resilience, reducing board area by 20%, and achieving a more compact product without affecting performance. This is particularly beneficial for wearable devices, smart sensors, and other space limited IoT applications.

In addition to its compact size, nRF9151 also adds Class 5 20dBm output power support and supplements the nominal Class 3 23dBm output power. This improvement simplifies the requirements for battery powered products and provides developers with greater flexibility.
