Ansemi, the leader of intelligent power supply and intelligent sensing technology, has launched the latest generation of 1200 V EliteSiC silicon carbide (SiC) M3S devices, helping power electronics engineers achieve better energy efficiency and lower system costs. The new product series includes EliteSiC MOSFETs and modules that help improve switching speed, to adapt to an increasing number of energy infrastructure applications such as 800 V electric vehicle (EV) on-board chargers (OBCs) and electric vehicle DC fast charging, solar energy solutions, and energy storage.


This product portfolio also includes a new EliteSiC M3S device using half bridge power integration modules (PIMs), with industry-leading ultra-low Rds (on) and standard F2 packaging. These modules are very suitable for industrial applications in the high-power conversion stages of DC-AC, AC-DC, and DC-DC. They provide higher integration and adopt an optimized direct bonding copper design, achieving balanced current sharing and thermal distribution between parallel switches. These PIMs are designed to provide high power density, suitable for energy infrastructure, DC fast charging of electric vehicles, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

The vehicle specification level 1200 V EliteSiC MOSFET is designed for high-power OBCs up to 22 kW and DC-DC converters from high to low voltage. M3S technology is specifically developed for high-speed switch applications and has a leading switch loss quality factor in similar products.
