AXO301: High resolution accelerometer and inclinometer suitable for railway and industrial systems
AXO301 is a low-noise, high-resolution, closed-loop digital MEMS accelerometer with an input range of ± 1 g. It provides customers with an alternative solution of force balance inclinometer and servo accelerometer with equivalent performance, low SWaP (size, weight and power) and high cost performance. It has 8 μ G/√ Hz ultra-low noise density, excellent 50 μ G resolution, can measure the inclination with high accuracy. AXO301 meets EN61373 railway application vibration and impact standards, and is designed for odometer assistance of train positioning system, high-end industrial inclination and inclination measurement system and engineering machinery motion control applications.
AXO305: High-performance accelerometer suitable for land, ocean and robot applications
The input measurement range of AXO305 is ± 5 g, and the anti-vibration performance is up to 20 μ G/g2 is very suitable for the navigation, positioning and motion control applications of land, railway and marine transportation systems and vehicles.
Its bias stability is 4 μ g. The bias error within the temperature range is ± 0.5 mg. Therefore, when integrated into the inertial navigation system (INS), it can give accurate GNSS auxiliary navigation performance to manned and unmanned ground vehicles and trains. AXO305 is very suitable for the motion reference unit (MRU) of ship motion control and dynamic positioning, the inertial measurement unit (IMU) of land navigation, the underwater navigation of autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) and remote unmanned vehicle (ROV), the stability of platform and crane, and the application of precision robot.
Micro and durable accelerometer suitable for system application under vibration conditions
Tronics AXO300 series products adopt closed loop structure design, with high resolution and excellent anti-vibration performance. This series of accelerometers and inclinometers are packaged with miniature sealed J-lead ceramic, which has a long working and storage life and ensures high compliance with the strict thermal cycle requirements of key applications. They are embedded in fully hard-coded electronic equipment with 24-bit digital SPI interface, and can be quickly integrated into independent sensor modules, INS, IMU, and attitude and heading reference system (AHRS). The built-in self-test function can initially verify the integrity of the sensor and continue to perform functional tests during operation.
High performance accelerometer with low SWaP and high cost performance
Tronics AXO315, AXO305 and AXO301 accelerometers have the same sensor structure, as well as the characteristics of micro packaging and low power consumption. They provide a digital, low-cost, low SWaP alternative solution, which is very suitable for replacing the bulky, expensive, high power consumption quartz accelerometers and other analog solutions.
AXO300 accelerometer is a good complement to Tronics' high-performance GYPRO? Digital gyroscope product line. They have the same SMD J lead ceramic package (12 x 12 x 5 mm) and digital interface, which is easy to assemble on the printed circuit board, with low integration cost and high reliability, even under variable temperature conditions.
AXO315 will start mass production in 2020; AXO301 and AXO305 can now obtain samples and conduct customer evaluation directly at Tronics or through specialized agents. The Arduino-based assessment suite can also be used for rapid assessment of sensors. The suite has built-in test functions, such as output reading and recording, recalibration and digital self-test.
