HOLTEK Launches HT32F61141 Smart Card Reader 32 bit MCU

        Holtek launches new generation of Arm ® Cortex ®- M0+smart card reader microcontroller, HT32F61141. The maximum operating speed is 48MHz, the working voltage is 2.5V~5.5V, and it meets the industrial temperature range of - 40 ℃~85 ℃. HT32F61141 has two built-in smart card interfaces (SCI), which can support up to three cards, and can comply with ISO7816-3 standards. It is very suitable for various contact smart card readers.

        HT32F61141 has 64KB flash program memory, 16KB SRAM, full speed USB 2.0, 2 SCI, LDO, RTC, multiple timers and flexible I ² C/SPI/UART peripheral interface. Its built-in LDO can output 1.8V, 3V and 5V voltages to provide power for the SCI0 interface and external card chip, which complies with ISO7816-3 standard. 32QFN, 46QFN and 48LQFP packages are available for packaging.

       HT32 supports multiple development environments (Keil/IAR/SEGGER/GNU), and provides complete development resources such as hardware development kits, firmware libraries, and application examples. The whole series of M0+MCU has obtained Keil MDK-ARM user license and can be used by customers for free. Firmware can be easily upgraded with ISP (In System Programming) and IAP (In Application Programming) technical solutions.
