In order to support customers’ more extensive applications, Harwin has added another option to its popular Datamate series High Reliability (Hi rel) connectors. When used with the existing Datamate J-Tek connector series (equipped with locking screws for safe installation), the board to board height is 7.3 mm. The new female connector can provide a significantly larger 17.15 mm connection height and more space between PCBs, enabling designers to flexibly use larger on-board components or wire.
