Analog semiconductor launches vehicle grade bidirectional universal current detection amplifier supporting -0.3V-40V common mode

AnalogySemi has introduced a universal current sensing amplifier that supports high side or low side, which is commonly used to optimize system precision current measurement or current loop control circuits. The power supply voltage range of this series of products is 2.7V-5.5V, and the input common mode voltage range is -0.3V-40V, which can better support 12V automotive applications. In addition, CSA52xQ can provide four fixed gains, including 20V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V.
CSA521xQ supports bidirectional current detection function through REF pin. When the gain is 20 times, its bandwidth can reach 350kHz and the slew rate is 0.8V/us. In terms of accuracy, the maximum Vos value of CSA52x is ± 80uV, and the typical temperature drift value is 0.02uV/℃. In terms of gain error, the typical value of gain error is ± 0.1%, with a maximum value of ± 1.2%. The typical value of temperature drift is 3ppm/℃, with a maximum value of 13ppm/℃.
