Diodes launches bi-directional current display with high stability zero drift architecture

Zxct199 series current display device has six products to choose from, each of which has a precision chopping stable operational amplifier with high precision operation. Its low compensation voltage makes the maximum voltage drop induced by current on the shunt as low as 10mV full scale. This makes it possible to measure large currents using a low-cost shunt resistor assembly.

Zxct199 series is a voltage output device with three fixed voltage gain options of 50V / V, 100V / V and 200V / v. These devices can measure the voltage on the shunt with a common mode voltage of - 0.1V to 26V, independent of the power supply voltage.

Diodes introduced a new current sensor with an operating temperature range of - 40 ° C to 125 ° C, which shows minimal gain error. The maximum gain error of model a and model B with temperature change is ± 1.0%, and that of model C is ± 0.8%. The maximum compensation voltage level of paragraph a is ± 150 μ 5. ± 100 for Section B μ 5. The most accurate model C is the ultra-low ± 80 μ V。 All models can be powered by 2.7V to 26V power supply, which can be applied more flexibly. The power supply current consumed is up to 100 μ A。
