TDK Corporation (Tokyo Stock Exchange code: 6762) has recently launched the M704 series (order code: B57704M0103A001) and M705 series (order code: B57705M0103A001) products specifically designed for reliable temperature measurement under high-pressure conditions, further expanding its NTC temperature sensor product portfolio. The rated voltage of the M704 series can reach up to 4000 V (AC), while the rated voltage of the M705 series is 2500 V (AC). Both components adopt probe based design, which can achieve safe and accurate temperature monitoring in various harsh applications, such as uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and PSU systems in data centers, charging piles, photovoltaic inverters, etc. These components combine electrical stability with ease of assembly, helping designers achieve safe and efficient system operation.

The R25 value (resistance value at 25 ℃) of both sensors is 10 k Ω, the B25/100 constant (average B value between 25 ℃ and 100 ℃) is 3988 K (± 1%), and the resistance tolerance is ± 2%. The working temperature range of the M704 series is -40 ° C to+125 ° C, with a compact plastic housing and a pin spacing of 3.5 mm. It supports PCB board automation integration and rapid assembly; The working temperature upper limit of the M705 series can reach+180 ° C, and the thermal time constant installed on the metal plate is as low as about 6.2 seconds. The thermal response speed is fast, and the excellent thermal coupling performance is achieved by using a metal ring tab. It can be flexibly installed on various mechanical interfaces through screws.
