The XENSIV BGT60ATR24AIP radar sensor features advanced sensing and ultra-low power consumption, enabling reliable and cost-effective non-contact in car monitoring. The BGT60ATR24AIP sensor supports various automotive applications, including child presence detection, seat occupancy detection for seatbelt reminders, gesture sensing for in car infotainment systems, driver vital signs and fatigue monitoring, as well as intrusion and proximity alerts.

The BGT60ATR24AIP radar sensor adopts a compact 8.0 × 8.0 × 0.86 mm3 package and supports ultra wideband frequency modulation continuous wave (FMCW) working mode. This radar sensor is highly integrated, allowing users to achieve multiple functions through a single 60GHz radar setting. The BGT60ATR24AIP sensor is equipped with a digital interface for sensor configuration and data acquisition, while the integrated state machine enables independent data acquisition and minimizes power consumption. The sensor also has an integrated antenna level package (AIP), built-in crystal oscillator, and micro motion detection function using high slope linear frequency modulation. The XENSIV BGT60ATR24AIP 60GHz radar sensor has passed AEC-Q100 Grade 2 certification and is suitable for automotive applications.
