Toshiba expands surge protection zener diodes that help improve the quality of electronic equipment
2022-07-09
When the mechanical relay or motor works, the coil back emf will produce surge. The new zener diode can prevent electronic devices from being affected by switching surges and ESD. In addition, like the existing series products, the new products have the characteristics of low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage, which can well absorb surges, suppress the surge voltage on electronic devices, and help to improve the quality of electronic equipment. Ten products with general SOT-23 package are used. The zener voltage covers the range of 5.6v to 36V (typical value), supports most voltages, and can be used in various voltage lines and installation areas.
