STMicroelectronics releases 4V-36V high-precision operational amplifier with high accuracy, temperature drift stability, and wide voltage power supply
2026-05-12
The STMicroelectronics TSB192 dual operational amplifier has a 20 µ V input offset voltage, a 100nV/° C temperature drift coefficient, and an 8MHz gain bandwidth product, providing high measurement accuracy for wide voltage operating system equipment.
High precision operational amplifiers with similar offset voltages typically use low-voltage power supplies, while the power supply voltage of STMicroelectronics TSB192 is between 4V and 36V. 30 µ V full temperature maximum offset voltage and low temperature drift help industrial, automotive, medical, and consumer electronics devices minimize the dependence of signal conditioning circuits on compensation networks. The maximum power consumption of 1.9mA per channel helps extend the battery life of battery powered devices; Track to track output maximizes the effective dynamic range.
TSB192 has high accuracy and linearity, ensuring consistency and repeatability of measurement performance. It is suitable for analog integrators and various measurement circuits, such as temperature measurement devices, medical instruments, electronic scales, and industrial testing equipment. The ample gain bandwidth product, combined with a 5V/µ s slew rate and 11nV/√ Hz input noise density, can improve the frequency response performance of transducers, bridges, strain gauges, amplifiers, and precision active filters, significantly reducing distortion. The operating temperature range of this device is -40 ° C to 125 ° C, meeting the requirements of automotive grade applications, while the electrostatic discharge tolerance is as high as 4kV HBM.
TSB192 is now in mass production and offers two packaging options: SO-8 and MiniSO-8. In addition, the vehicle specification plan will be launched in the second half of 2026.
