Recently, MPS Xinyuan System (NASDAQ code: MPWR) officially released the industry's first automotive grade fully integrated electronic fuse (eFuse) for 48V systems - MPQ5884. At present, the 48V system is becoming the core of the next generation of automotive electronic and electrical architecture. The electronic fuse product MPQ5884 launched by MPS can cover a wide voltage output range of 6-60V, supporting a maximum load rejection of 80V and a minimum reverse withstand voltage of -60V. In addition to the configurable I2T overcurrent protection, input anti negative protection, reverse current protection, open circuit diagnosis, and ground loss protection can be achieved without the need for other external circuits, and load current information and chip temperature can also be read in real time.

Optimize spatial layout with smaller packaging

As the industry's first fully integrated 48V system electronic fuse, MPQ5884 adopts QFN-30 (5mmx6mm) packaging, achieving a more compact and efficient design.
