Maoze Electronics’ Qorvo Wi Fi 7 RF solution empowers multi terminal devices to connect quickly

May 9, 2025- A well-known New Product Introduction (NPI) agent dedicated to promoting industry innovation ™ Mouser Electronics launches Qorvo's new Wi Fi from today onwards ® 7 Front end modules (FEM). This series of devices is specifically designed for customer terminal devices, smart home devices, portable consumer electronics, and wearable devices.

Wi Fi 7 is the latest Wi Fi standard, also known as IEEE 802.11be Very High Throughput (EHT). Wi Fi 7 operates across three independent frequency bands (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz), making full use of spectrum resources. Wi Fi 7 has added new features designed to provide excellent performance and support a large number of users and devices in bandwidth intensive environments, offering faster data transfer rates, lower latency, and greater network capacity.

The Qorvo QM45655 integrates a multi TX state power amplifier that supports the 5 GHz to 7 GHz frequency band. QM42655 integrates a multi TX state power amplifier that supports 2.4 GHz Wi Fi and can be used for high-performance Bluetooth (HP BT). These devices have been optimized to operate within a wide voltage range of 3V to 5V, making them an ideal choice for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, as well as wearable devices such as VR/AR glasses.

QPF4509 and QPF4609 are Wi Fi 7 front-end modules suitable for wireless access points, wireless routers, set-top boxes, and customer field devices. QPF4509 provides a frequency range of 5.17 GHz to 5.895 GHz, while QPF4609 provides a frequency range of 5.925 GHz to 7.125 GHz. These devices integrate power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and switches, and have been optimized to operate at 5V voltage. This design effectively reduces power consumption while maintaining high linear output power and excellent throughput.

In addition, Maoze also provides Qorvo QM45655EVB01, QM42655EVB, QPF4509EVB, and QPF4609EVB evaluation boards to provide a demonstration and development platform for these Wi Fi 7 modules. Each evaluation board is pre installed with the target device and equipped with the required supporting circuits. These evaluation boards provide example application circuits that can accelerate prototype development speed when integrated into existing designs.
