According to CCTV News, at today's press conference of the State Council Information Office, the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology introduced that in the first half of this year, China's innovative application achievements accelerated their landing, and the independently developed large amphibious firefighting aircraft AG600 was awarded the model qualification certificate and production license by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also revealed that in the first half of this year, humanoid robot training fields and datasets were put into operation, with more than 5.5 million training data open sourced, accelerating their application in multiple fields. The production of industrial robots and service robots increased by 35.6% and 25.5% respectively year-on-year.
The State Council Information Office will hold a press conference on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 3 pm. The chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Xie Shaofeng, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and director of the Operations Monitoring and Coordination Bureau, Tao Qing, and the director of the Information and Communication Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Xie Cun, will introduce the development of industry and information technology in the first half of 2025 and answer questions from reporters.
