Runshi Technology recently launched the RS3011-Q1 voltage following LDO, which redefines the power supply standards for automotive off board sensors with groundbreaking technical parameters. This product, crafted with automotive grade technology, achieves an ultra wide input voltage range of -40V to 45V. Its output voltage accurately tracks the reference input (VOUT=VREF) with a maximum tracking error of only 4mV, providing unprecedented power supply reliability guarantee for automotive electronic systems
RS3011-Q1 adopts automotive grade technology and maximizes safety margin design. It has an input withstand voltage of -40V to 45V and provides a maximum output current of 300mA, meeting the high reliability requirements of automotive electronic applications.

Under light load, the self consumes a current of 80 μ A;

Typical application circuit
Voltage following LDO is mainly designed for special circuit protection in the field of automotive electronics applications. Of course, it can also be used in other power supply systems that require real-time adjustable power supply. For example, by controlling the DAC to directly supply the required output voltage to the ADJ pin, high-precision real-time adjustable power supply can be achieved.
RS3011-Q1 has an internal back-to-back PMOS topology, which enables protection under reverse polarity conditions without the need for external diodes. It is particularly suitable for circuits that require anti reverse connection and anti backflow functions.
RS3011-Q1 provides standard ESOP8 packaging, fully compatible with commonly used models in the market, and offers two versions with and without enablement to meet the design requirements of different product systems.
