Harwin Hi rel connectors provide greater board to board spacingIn order to support customers’ more extensive applications, Harwin has added another option to its popular Datamate series High Reliability (Hi rel) connectors. When used with the existing Datamate J-Tek connector series (equipped with locking screws for safe installation), the board to board height is 7.3 mm. The new female connector can provide a significantly larger 17.15 mm connection height and more space between PCBs, enabling designers to flexibly use larger on-board components or wire.
